Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Requirements for Approval

  • Product must not be opened, used, or tested.
  • Original packaging, labels, wrapping, and seals must be intact.
  • Item must be returned in the same condition received.
  • Order number or proof of purchase is required.
  • Request must be submitted within the 14-day period.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

  • Perfumes with opened or removed cellophane wrapping.
  • Makeup and cosmetic products.
  • Skincare products.
  • Personal care products.
  • Samples and free gifts.
  • Any item showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery.

Eligible for Refund, Replacement, or Exchange
Customers may request a refund, replacement, or exchange if:

  • They received the wrong item.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product was expired upon delivery.
  • The item does not match its website description.

Important

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging should be provided.

Shipping Costs

  • Malak covers shipping costs for incorrect, damaged, defective, or expired products.
  • For returns or exchanges due to personal preference, shipping and handling fees may apply.
