Malak only sells items in perfect condition, so in the exceptional case that you receive an item that is either damaged or different from the one ordered, contact our Customer Service department via E-mail. Please note that it is compulsory to share the images of the defective item along with your order number at support@malak.eg
Loyalty card is the property of Malak and is redeemable for purchase at Malak only.
