To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition, with intact packaging, seals, labels, and cellophane wrapping.
• Proof of purchase (Order Number) is required.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the following items have been opened or used:

• Fragrances with opened or removed cellophane wrapping.
• Makeup, cosmetic, skincare, and personal care products.
• Samples, free gifts, or items showing signs of use or damage after delivery.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
